A sales process built around how your buyers actually buy
The product is buyer-led sales design. The CRM is how it is delivered.
Your playbooks and existing materials are the starting point. We work with your commercial lead to connect the sales process to the buyer's decisions: who needs to agree, what evidence they need and which procurement or security checks must happen. Through the free buyer route, I still speak with buyers about how they choose technology. We confirm during discovery that your CRM is supported.
Discovery is free. Diagnosis starts with evidence.
The first conversation establishes fit before any system access. A paid Process Diagnostic then turns the evidence into a defined build scope.
The diagnostic covers:
- A read-only CRM health check: data quality, missing fields, duplicates and stale deals.
- Pipeline movement: where deals stall, stage conversion and cycle time.
- The last 10 to 20 won and lost deals, examined against the buying journey.
- A buyer map: decision steps, veto holders and procurement or security checks.
- A collaborative review of existing sales materials.
- A short findings report and walkthrough, ending in the proposed fixed scope and timeline.
The diagnostic normally runs over about two weeks. You keep the findings if you stop there. If you proceed to the full engagement, the diagnostic fee is credited once against its first instalment, within the window set out in your proposal. Scope and payment terms are set out in your proposal. A client ready to commit can start with the full engagement instead.
Build, train, hand over
The full Process engagement runs over three months. We agree the scope and end date, then build the ICP and segments, buyer-mirrored pipeline, playbook, research-pack template and CRM configuration. Team training and a defined handover are included. You own the build; TechBridge owns the method.
We establish a baseline at diagnosis and review the agreed measures at handover, so your team can see what changed.
Explore AI support where it earns its place
An AI agent connection is a planned optional extra for the full engagement term, subject to technical, security and data-handling checks. Your proposal confirms what is ready and included. Any continuation is your choice, agreed separately.
