About / The agents

Specialist AI support. Human direction.

TechBridge is founder-led and run with a team of specialist AI agents. I set the direction and make the final call. Each agent has a defined job. External work requires my review, or authority I have set in writing.

TechBridge organisation: Luke Ebanks as founder, founder support, Rodrick as Chief Orchestrator, Commercial, Operations and Technology divisions, and four shared specialists: Ivor, Vera, Cody and Ada.

How the team is organised

I am the pilot. Rodrick is Chief Orchestrator: priorities, decisions and the week ahead. The departments sit in three divisions, each with one accountable agent. Specialists work across all of them.

The founder

Luke Ebanks, Founder

Sets the direction and makes the final call.

Scotch, Health and fitness

Keeps the founder fit to fly: training, recovery and the energy to do the work well.

Chief Orchestrator

Rodrick

Priorities, decisions and the week ahead. Helps me question priorities, weigh alternatives and bring reviewed specialist findings into the next decision. Every department reports to him.

Commercial

Sterling, Sales

Pipeline, deals and accounts. Helps me test the commercial argument, examine stakeholder priorities and work through the next decision.

Carmen, Marketing

Content and campaigns in my voice. Helps me select useful material, shape the argument and refine wording for its audience and evidence.

Clara, Intelligence

Research and market evidence, always sourced. Investigates the market, buyer or niche question behind the work, with cited sources and a clear account of what they support.

Operations

Mint, Finance

Cash, invoicing and the numbers. Supports my financial analysis and checks commercial arithmetic.

Nova, Governance

Policy, compliance and risk. Helps me identify claims, permissions and risks that need closer review.

PEPA, Projects

Plans, build cards and delivery across teams. Turns an agreed task into clear instructions, manageable steps and checks.

Beam, Procurement

Tools, procurement and partner relationships. Supports the buyer-side work, including FlightPath and the Procurement Engine.

Technology

Flint, Systems

Keeps the platform running and healthy.

Warden, Security

Security review of how the agents and systems are set up.

Edison, AI Lab

Experiments and model testing. Tests technical ideas and AI tools so I can tell a useful possibility from an untested claim.

Specialists, shared by every department

Ivor, Visual architect

Diagrams, visuals and board packs for every team. Helps choose how to explain an argument visually, without changing the evidence behind it.

Vera, Quality assurance

Tests the work before it ships.

Cody, Coding

Builds and fixes the software.

Ada, Product design and agentic UX

Designs how people use the tools we build, so each screen starts from the decision the user needs to make.

Specialists work through the team and report to Rodrick.

Why it is built this way

Different tasks need different kinds of scrutiny. A commercial argument, a market claim, a security finding and a piece of public copy each need someone whose job is to check that thing. Splitting the work this way means our rules require each claim to receive the relevant specialist review, and I can see who prepared what.

Agents prepare. I decide what goes out.

Agents prepare emails, posts and analysis. Nothing is sent or published externally unless I have reviewed it or set the authority for it in writing.

Specialist review before a claim ships.

Claims about vendors, regulation, security or finance require the relevant specialist review before external use.

The responsibility stays with me.

I choose the specialist input the work needs, check the evidence and review what we use. I remain accountable for the guidance I give you.

The same pattern, for your team

The way this team is built, one accountable agent per job with a person making the final call, is the pattern behind the Technology offer: a dedicated sales agent for your business, where there is a useful recurring job for it to do.
