The commercial figures and the account of AI’s contribution are Luke’s own account, not an independent audit or a claim that AI alone won the business.

Your judgement.
Better tested.

I work alongside experienced professionals to put AI to use on a real business task, with the context, questioning and scrutiny it deserves.

AI was a key part of how I worked to win that business, alongside my commercial experience and judgement.

The request is rarely the whole problem.

My commercial experience has taught me to look beneath the brief. Who needs to make a decision? What matters to each person? Which assumptions are carrying the argument, and whose expertise is missing?

Winning new business meant bringing those perspectives together and making the costs, consequences and case for investment understandable. A technically plausible answer was never enough.

I bring that same discipline to AI. I set the purpose, direct the work, challenge the output and decide what is ready to use. Specialist implementation supports that judgement; it does not replace it.

Start where the work matters.

A decision to defendA business case that needs more than a persuasive first draft.

A conversation to prepareQuestions you need to anticipate, not just answers to memorise.

A workflow to improveA recurring task where missing context creates avoidable rework.

Working with me

We work on your task.
You stay in the thinking.

I start by understanding how you work, what you already know and where the task becomes difficult. We choose the useful role for AI from there, rather than start with a tool demonstration.

  1. 01 / UnderstandI ask about the decision, audience, constraints and evidence. We make the real task explicit.
  2. 02 / Work togetherWe use AI to question the brief, organise the material and develop an answer. Your expertise stays in the loop.
  3. 03 / Test and rehearseWe check claims, expose weak assumptions and practise the questions the intended audience could ask.
  4. 04 / Retain the methodWe identify what helped, what needed your judgement and how you can apply the approach to another task.

Participant experience

Coaching carried into the next task.

I helped an experienced account manager prepare a demanding business case by organising the evidence, using AI to question their brief and rehearsing for different decision-makers. They then used the approach to test a formal written response and, later, prepare another client's case without a further coaching session. They described growing confidence and feeling that their work was being noticed. For me, that is the point of coaching: helping someone develop an approach they can use again.

In my own business

Communication worth using

I directed an AI-assisted interview edit, refining its graphics and presentation. The work produced a video and cover I approved, a supporting caption and a retained production recipe.

Context before classification

In a receipt-capture workflow, I required relevant business context alongside extraction. A retained source image and contextual record supported review; professional approval stayed separate.

Research that informs the work

Breadth is useful when it changes the question.

I direct AI-assisted research and editorial work across AI capability, science, leadership, security, governance and infrastructure. It gives me different lenses to bring to a practical problem, not a reason to bury you in more information.

Actual article excerpt. Checking and rework are part of the job, not an afterthought.

The aim is a stronger way of working.

I am not asking you to hand over a decision to AI. I help you frame the work, direct the assistance and recognise when the answer needs more evidence or specialist input.

You bring the knowledge of your role and the consequences of getting it wrong. I bring commercial judgement and hands-on experience of directing AI-assisted work. Together, we can distinguish useful progress from an impressive-looking answer.

Bring one task worth getting right.

A business case, a difficult discussion or a recurring process is a useful starting point. In an initial conversation, we identify the task, where it is weak and whether there is a bounded piece of work I can help with.

Describe the situation first. We can agree what information is appropriate to share before you send confidential material.
